Partnering Opportunities

We encourage potential partners to contact us. We are interested in three general types of opportunities:


  • Out-licensing opportunities: In order to ensure broad patient access to our products, we often seek co-development and commercialization partners outside the United States. Additionally, for products that could benefit from broader distribution, we sometimes seek co-promotion partners.
  • Technology partners: We do not have our own technology platform. Instead, we access drug delivery, manufacturing, and other expertise from the market. This allows us to start projects by thinking about the needs of patients, and then seek out innovative and proven technologies to help fill those needs.
  • In-licensing opportunities: We build our portfolio of products through a combination of internal development and in-licensing activities. We are continually evaluating development and commercial-stage assets that will complement our focus and commercial capabilities in the specialty markets of neurology and psychiatry.
